How We Do This

Our Strategic Approach Explained Thoroughly

EVERY life matters and has value. Our program will help women discover their true value and original design with a Christ-centered approach. One of the issues for women coming out of exploitation is understanding their true identity and overcoming the lies told to them by their traffickers. Our trauma-informed approach will help women understand that what "happen" to them does not define who they are.

What we're Currently Doing

We do outreach nationally, through our partnership with Rescue America, and to the local community through street and homeless ministry.

We advocate for and provide services to survivors. See "Services We Provide" below.

We pray for victims, local survivors, and justice through our intercessor group.

Services We Provide

Immediate basic needs: food, clothing, water, shelter.

Finding long-term housing and employment.

Help accessing resources: disability services, referrals to recovery programs, referral to mental health care (therapy services, admission to mental health hospitals).

Gathering documentation: ID, social security cards.

Help accessing resources for spiritual growth: church community, bible study, prayer.

Our Long Term Vision

Our desire for the future is to have a long-term facility and program where women can walk out their healing, through Hope, Empowerment, and Restoration.

Hope
  • We know that the trauma endured by trafficking survivors is incomprehensible. Our rent-free housing solution will provide a safe place for women to begin to heal in a Christ-centered, trauma informed care environment.
  • Our soul is comprised of our mind, will and emotions. We will walk alongside the women and begin the journey of healing from complex trauma. We will also offer assistance with healing from any type of addictive lifestyle.
  • Our bodies can only withstand a certain level of trauma before it begins to take a toll on our overall health. Our partnership with our community resourses will help the women on a journey of physical healing.
Empowerment
  • Our long-term residential home will be a stepping stone to equipping women with life skills to assist them in rebuilding their life .
  • We will partner with women and meet them exactly where they are at in their education path. We will provide assistance with applying for state and federal grants to continue their education if they so desire.
  • During their stay in our long term housing program we will provide the necessary training and guidance needed for them to re-enter independent living. We will assist with finding employment and housing suited to meet their needs
Restoration
  • One of the issues for women coming out of exploitation is understanding their true identity and overcoming the lies told to them by their traffickers. Our Christ-centered, trauma informed care approach will help women understand what was done to them does not define who they are.
  • A common pattern used by traffickers is to break down a woman’s self-esteem and make them feel like their life doesn’t matter and/or doesn’t have any value.
